The method comprises the following steps: calculating the kurtosis of each lead EEG signal, then performingthe statistical analysis of the difference between the honest and the lying subjects of the kurtosis of the multi-channel EEG signal, constructing a feature vector by using the kurtosis index of the electrode with difference, sending the feature vector to the machine learning algorithm for model training of machine learning, performing real-time extraction on the EEG signal of the tester by the multi-lead EEG electrode, obtaining the multi-lead EEG signal of the tester and saving the signal, performing respective pre-processing operation on each lead EEG signal, calculating the kurtosis of each EEG signal in a data set of the tester's stimulus response by using a kurtosis calculation formula, taking the kurtosis as an input, and sending the kurtosis to a trained classifier to obtain the result of the polygraph.
