The method comprises the following steps that: a magnetic sensor outputs a group of magnetic-field components of an axis x, an axis y and an axis z during each measurement; a data judgment module including a baseline updating task sub-module, an entrance detection task sub-module and an exit detection task sub-module opens a segment of data window for each sub-module, solves the offset of each group of new measurement data firstly after the group of data is transmitted into the data judgement module, then judges the offsets, makes tags, transmits the tags to the data windows, performs statistics to obtain the number of the same type of tags in the data window, and obtains a judgment result in conjunction with a current working state; and a result output module outputs the judgement result. According to the algorithm, only few CPU resources need to be occupied in the running process; data can be acquired at certain time intervals and transmitted to the algorithm for calculation; and a system can be in a complete hibernation state at the rest of the time.
