Abstract

Certain aspects of the present disclosure relate to methods and apparatus for transmission confinement and efficient signal transmission. A base station (BS) may determine and signal information to a user equipment ( UE). According to certain aspects, a UE may receive a signal transmission of information regarding a restricted set of system parameters to use for transmissions from at least one of one or more potentially interfering BSs or a serving base station (BS), and use the information to cancel interference caused by transmissions from one or more potentially interfering BSs or serving BSs.
