Abstract

The invention provides a medical knowledge graph mining method, a device, computer equipment and a readable medium. The method comprises the steps of mining multiple candidate SPOs in a pre-acquired medical record database, wherein each candidate SPO comprises a candidate diagnosis disease entity, the attribute relation which corresponds with the candidate diagnosis disease entity, and a candidaterelated entity to which the attribute relation is oriented; according to a preset SPO mining condition, mining multiple high-frequency SPOs from the multiple SPOs; determining whether each high-frequency SPO can pass evidence searching; and if yes, using the corresponding high-frequency SPO as the target SPO of the medical knowledge graph. The medical knowledge graph mining method can automatically perform medical knowledge graph mining without artificial participation in a whole process. Therefore, compared with prior art, the medical knowledge graph mining method has an advantage of savingtime and labor in a medical knowledge graph mining process, thereby effectively improving mining efficiency.
