Abstract

The invention discloses a macromolecule panel veneer heat-radiation flexible-forming device which comprises a heating tank and a tool head for processing a macromolecule panel veneer. A support plateis arranged on the top part of the heating tank and is movably connected with a fixed plate through a screw; and the macromolecule panel veneer is fixedly clamped between the support plate and the fixed plate. The invention further discloses a macromolecule panel veneer heat-radiation flexible-forming method which comprises the steps of fixing the macromolecule panel veneer into the heating tank, heating in the heating tank to the preset temperature, and preserving heat; setting a track of the tool head according to the shape to be processed, enabling the tool head to downwards move toward thevertical direction layer by layer in a progressive increase way along the setting track, and processing the macromolecule panel veneer to obtain parts in different shapes; and in addition, under thetechnological conditions with a low load and low rotate speed, forming a complicated shape through the macromolecule panel veneer with heat sensitivity. The cost is reduced, the product period is shortened, and the required product can be flexibly manufactured.
