Abstract

The method comprises the following steps that a crude oil route is decomposed to obtain submodules with different functions, the different submodules are decomposed to obtain different sub-processes, the sub-processes are decomposed to obtain subunits corresponding to crude oil moving equipment, the subunits obtained through decomposition are arranged according to the movement direction of crude oil, oil pipelines are segmented in the sub-processes, and the type and oil type conveying stopping time of storage oil of each section of the oil pipelines in each sub-process are recorded.
