Abstract

The invention provides a method and device for evaluating the financial investment preference of a user. The method comprises the following steps of acquiring the risk bearing capacity and the investment preference of the user in a questionnaire survey form; setting the collected questionnaire survey result as a sample; establishing association between a first data set and a second data set, the first data set including a plurality of groups of first data, the first data including the risk undertaking data and the investment preference data, the second data set including a plurality of groupsof second data, and the second data including the asset preference data and the financial risk data; establishing an investment financial model through the sample, the first data set and the second data set; and according to the investment financial model, predicting the investment preference and the bearing degree of the financial risks of the client by using a prediction mode based on a collaborative filtering algorithm. According to the invention, the actual investment hobbies of the clients can be truly reflected, and the bearing capacity of the clients for the financial risks can be evaluated correctly.
