Abstract

The invention discloses a consensus method. The invention further discloses a consensus device and equipment and a readable storage medium. The method includes: when the current block height meets thepreset consensus condition, determining the node added into the current transaction information notarization pool as the target node; respectively obtaining a first parameter corresponding to each target node, wherein the first parameter is a random number obtained by processing a private key and a public random number of each target node by using a VRF random function; determining the target node of which the first parameter meets a preset verification condition as a verification node; and according to the first parameter corresponding to each verification node, determining an execution noderesponsible for outputting the block in all the verification nodes, so as to enable the execution node to be responsible for outputting the current transaction information of the block. According tothe method, the decentralization, fairness, randomness and public verifiability of a consensus mechanism are met by utilizing a VRF random function; and the calculation amount of the consensus methodis reduced, and the waste of computer resources is avoided.
