Abstract

The invention discloses an application of colla corii asini and a new colla corii asini composition to preparation of medicines for preventing or treating diseases relevant to blood platelet reduction. 2dpf (day post fertilization) blood platelet transgenic zebra fish are used as an experimental animal model, the influence of the colla corii asini and the new colla corii asini composition on bloodplatelets is researched. Under the experimental condition, the colla corii asini and the new colla corii asini composition have reversing effects on blood platelet reduction of zebra fish, induced bychloramphenicol and vinorelbine, and the quantity of the blood platelets can be increased. The experimental result indicates that the colla corii asini and the new colla corii asini composition can be used for preparing medicines for clinically preventing or treating the diseases relevant to the blood platelet reduction, and can be particularly used for preparing the medicines clinically used forrelevant diseases caused by reduction of in vivo blood platelets including low blood platelet diseases caused by chemoradiotherapy.
