Abstract

The invention discloses applications of ketoconazole in preparation of drugs for treating liver cancer. Experiment results show that ketoconazole can effectively inhibit the proliferation of hepatomacarcinoma cells, kill the hepatoma carcinoma cells, be used individually and also be used with other drugs jointly; and the ketoconazole especially has synergistic effect when being jointly used withsorafenib, so that novel medication reference can be provided for the treatment of liver cancer.
