In one method, the controller is connected with a computer hardware system and a BIOS file storage device, and the method comprises:when the controller is powered on and runs, the controller obtaining a first startup program file in the BIOS file storage device, and the first startup program file being a BIOS file pre-stored in the BIOS file storage device; the controller verifying the first startup program file; and when the first startup program file passes the verification, the controller establishing connection between theBIOS file storage device and the computer hardware system, and when the connection between the BIOS file storage device and the computer hardware system is successfully established, the computer hardware system using the first startup program file to complete power-on operation.
