Abstract

The preparation method comprises steps of casting into a blank after smelting; performing low-temperature or high-temperaturehot rolling; coiling after conventional cooling; primary cold rolling; decarburizing and annealing; nitriding treatment; coating high-temperature annealing separant to remove a magnesium silicate bottom layer; carrying out high-temperature annealing by adopting a secondary heat preservation mode; stretching, flattening and annealing; and coating semi-organic insulating coating and conventionallydrying. The oriented silicon steel is advantaged in that on the premise that the magnetic induction intensity B800 is larger than or equal to 1.83 T and the magnetic induction intensity P17 is smallerthan or equal to 1.50 W / kg, the magnesium silicate layer can be eliminated, the surface hardness HV 0.5 of the steel plate does not exceed 130 by coating semi-organic insulating paint, and the numberof punching sheets of a cutting die at a time is increased by 5-12 times compared with that of existing varieties.
