The preparation method comprises the following steps of casting to form a blank after smelting; performing low-temperature or high-temperature hot rolling; rolling after conventional cooling; normalizing; carrying out primary cold rolling; performing decarburizing annealing; performing nitriding treatment; coating with a high-temperature annealing isolator to remove a magnesium silicate bottom layer; performing conventional high-temperature annealing; drawing, smoothing and annealing; and coating with organic self-bonding insulated coating containing epoxy resin and mixed with a latent hardener and performing conventional drying.
