Abstract

The invention discloses a micro-service combination deployment and scheduling method under multi-objective optimization. The method comprises the steps of obtaining resource center related data, micro-service related data and user related data; establishing a multi-objective optimization model of micro-service combination deployment and scheduling; adopting a multi-objective optimization algorithmNSGA-III to solve the multi-objective optimization model; calculating a micro-service quantity vector needing to be started by each resource center; and deploying and scheduling the microservices ofthe resource center according to the microservice quantity vector. According to the invention, a detailed multi-objective optimization model of the combined scheduling problem of the micro-service isconstructed; the model is solved through an improved NSGA-III (Non-Sequential Genetic Algorithm-III); and the obtained result is decoded to obtain a micro-service combination deployment strategy. Experiments prove that compared with a traditional deployment strategy, the micro-service combination deployment strategy provided by the invention has the advantages that the calculation and storage resources, the load balancing rate and the actual service utilization rate in a resource center are greatly improved.
