The automatic locking mechanism for liquids comprises the medicine box device, wherein the medicine box device also comprises a front cover, a rear cover,a movable element, a liquid stopping clip and a transfusion pipe, wherein the rear cover and the front cover are adaptive; one end of the movable element is adaptive to and is movably connected withthe first groove; one end of the liquid stopping clip is adaptive to and is fixedly connected with a second groove; the other end of the liquid stopping clip is adaptive to the other end of the movable element; one side of the transfusion pipe is abutted against a compression rod; the other side of the transfusion pipe is abutted against the outer parts of the first groove and the second groove; and according to different cooperation states of the movable element and the liquid stopping clip and different cooperation states of the medicine box device and the driving device, the connection anddisconnection state of the transfusion pipe can be controlled.
