Problems solved by technology

[0003] Existing monitoring methods only measure the total amount of COD, without considering the source of COD in lake water under natural background conditions, and it is difficult to measure the relative proportions of various components, so they cannot objectively reflect the actual situation of man-made pollution, and will inevitably affect the water quality of the basin. Environmental management decisions are misleading

Embodiment

[0089] Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for discriminating the source of COD in river and lake water in a natural background, which specifically includes the following steps:

[0090] Step S1. Set up 64 points in a certain lake, use a water collector to collect water samples, and immediately use a muffle furnace to burn for 5 hours on site. After the treatment, the pore size is 0.45 μm and the glass fiber microporous membrane is filtered to remove suspended solids and microorganisms. The total amount of water body samples is 50ml, and the filtered water samples are put into pre-cleaned plastic sample bottles and stored in an incubator at 2-8°C to obtain samples.

[0091] Step S2, scan the sample obtained in step S1 with a UV-visible spectrophotometer, the scanned wavelength range is 190-800nm, and the step size is 1nm, using ultrapure water as a reference, to obtain each sample at a wavelength of 190-800nm absorbance in the range.

[0092] Step S3, select...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for judging a COD source of a river and lake water body under a natural background. The method comprises the following steps: pretreating a sample, and filtering to remove suspended matters and microorganisms; absorbance measurement and correction: acquiring the corrected absorbance at the position of 210-530 nm; performing fluorescence spectrum measurement and correction: subtracting a fluorescence spectrum of the ultrapure water from the fluorescence spectrum measured by each sample to obtain a three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum of each sample; using the corrected absorbance at the 210-530 nm position for correction to acquire a corrected three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum; calculating the fluorescence index of each sample by utilizing the corrected three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum; and calculating a land area contribution rate or an authigenic source contribution rate. Components and sources of COD in the water body under the natural background can be more truly reflected by the sample. Ultraviolet light and fluorescence spectra are corrected, so that the calculation result is more accurate; the relationship between the terrestrial source contribution rate and the fluorescence index is quantified, and a direction is provided for the management decision of the basin water environment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of ecological environment protection and restoration, in particular to a method for discriminating the characteristics and sources of COD components in river and lake water in a natural background. Background technique [0002] There are many kinds of organic substances in water, such as animal and plant fibers, oils, sugars, dyes, organic acids, various organic synthetic industrial products, organic raw materials, etc. The concentration of organic matter in water can be indirectly characterized by the corresponding oxygen demand. The most common characterization method is the determination of chemical oxygen demand (CODcr) in water by the potassium dichromate method. Surface water environmental quality standard (GB3838-2002) regards 15mg / L, 20mg / L, 30mg / L, 40mg / L as water body COD Cr Thresholds for Class II, III, IV and V assessments. In general, a large amount of organic pollutants discharged by human activities ...
