The method comprises the following steps of (1) crushing fish meal, soybean meal, peanut meal, rapeseed meal and bran through a 60-mesh screen, weighing the crushed raw materials and then evenly mixing the crushed raw materials with betaine and astaxanthin at a ratio; (2) weighing soybean lecithin, fish oil and soybean oil, and stirring and mixing the soybean lecithin, the fish oil and the soybean oil evenly;and (3) mixing a mixture obtained in the step (1) with the mixture obtained in the step (2) evenly, and preparing a feed with the particle size of 2.0 mm by a granulator.
