Abstract
The invention proposes the use of atmospheric pressure cooling plasma in inhibiting glutaminase activity and the enzyme inhibitor. By simply operating an atmospheric-cooled plasma device, the activity of glutaminase is inhibited by using the generated atmospheric-cooled plasma. Compared with conventional glutaminase inhibitors, the use of atmospheric pressure-cooled plasma can inhibit glutaminase activity more efficiently, with a shorter time and a controllable degree. By applying the invention to the quality inspection of the glutaminase detection kit product, the quality inspection conclusion can be drawn quickly and accurately.
