Compared with conventional glutaminase inhibitors, the use of atmospheric pressure-cooled plasma can inhibit glutaminase activity more efficiently, with a shorter time and a controllable degree. By applying the invention to the quality inspection of the glutaminase detection kit product, the quality inspection conclusion can be drawn quickly and accurately.
