Abstract

The invention provides a quasi-zero rigid vibration isolation device with high linear resonance frequency on the basis of two pairs of oblique springs. The quasi-zero rigid vibration isolation devicecomprises two pairs of oblique-spring assemblies, a vertical-spring assembly, an object carrying platform assembly and a support structure, wherein the object carrying platform assembly is hinged to the two pairs of oblique-spring assemblies, the object carrying platform assembly is in contact connection with a vertical spring, and the two pairs of oblique-spring assemblies and the vertical springassembly are fixedly connected with the supporting structure through bolts. In the initial state, the intersection point O of the two pairs of oblique springs with the same rigidity and length is located in the vertical range between the fixing point of the upper pair of oblique springs and a static equilibrium position, wherein the static equilibrium position is located in the middle point of the vertical distance between the fixing points of the upper pair and lower pair of the oblique springs. According to the quasi-zero rigid vibration isolation device, a wide quasi-zero rigidity range ismaintained, so that the distance from the initial position to the static equilibrium position is reduced, and the bearing quality is small; and when the rigidity of the vertical spring is unchanged, the linear natural frequency is increased, the vibration isolation frequency band difference between a quasi-zero rigidity system and a corresponding linear system is increased, and the vibration isolation performance of the quasi-zero rigidity system is greatly improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of mechanical structure vibration isolation, in particular to a quasi-zero-rigid vibration isolation device with high linear resonance frequency based on two pairs of oblique springs. Background technique [0002] The high static and low dynamic vibration isolator is composed of a negative stiffness structure and a positive stiffness structure, so that the negative stiffness offsets the positive stiffness, and the dynamic stiffness reaches a quasi-zero state, while maintaining a high static load capacity. Types of structures that achieve negative stiffness are cam rollers, magnetic springs, inclined coil springs or beams, plate structures, and truss structures (X-shaped). Due to the existing high-static and low-dynamic vibration isolator, the quasi-zero stiffness range is narrow, and the vibration isolation performance is not ideal. Therefore, the invention patent with application number 201910863713.3 discl...
