Abstract

The invention provides application of beta-casein A2 to promotion of bifidobacterium proliferation. Compared with common milk, milk containing the beta-casein A2 can significantly reduce the proportion of abdominal distension and borborygmus, increase the defecation frequency and change the excrement characteristics; and the milk containing the beta-casein A2 can significantly improve the relative abundance of bifidobacteria in intestinal bacteria.
