The inventor finds that at least one of CpG loci cg02430840, cg06113913 and cg12673499 can be used for reliably evaluating the tissue immune response and diagnosis prognosis, especially the level of CD8+TILs in CRC and the prognosis of the CD8+TILs. The DNA methylation detection kit is expected to become a research tool of the CD8+TILs and become a potential marker for guiding immunotherapy of colorectal cancer and other cancers.
