ATP is used as a carrier, alkyl glycoside quaternary ammonium salt (APGQAS) is used as a surface modifier, Cl-modified GQD is used as a main antibacterial component, defect sites of GQD are increased by modifying GQD, compounding of surface photo-induced-electrons of GQD is effectively inhibited, and generation of active oxygen is promoted; then, surface modification is carried out on an acidified attapulgite by adopting APGQAS, and Cl-modified GQD quantumdots are adsorbed on the surface of the modified acidified attapulgite by utilizing the bridge action of a cationic polymer APGQAS; and finally, bacteria are adsorbed to the surface of a Cl-modifiedGQD / APGQAS / acidified attapulgite nano-composite material by utilizing the huge specific surface area and potential difference of the Cl-modified GQD / APGQAS / acidified attapulgite nano-composite material, and then the efficient antibacterial effect is achieved in cooperation with the natural antibacterial effect of Cl-modified GQD quantum dots (GQD-Cl) and APGQAS loaded on the surface of the modified attapulgite and among pores.
