Abstract

The invention relates to a chiral detection system. The chiral detection system comprises a tomography module and a chiral detection module, the tomography module and the chiral detection module sharethe following structures which are connected in sequence: a first dichroscope, a microscope objective lens, an objective table, a collecting lens and a second dichroscope; the chiral detection systemis divided into a transmission mode and a reflection mode. When a sample is a transparent sample, the chiral detection system is set to be in a transmission mode, and when the sample is a turbid sample, the chiral detection system is set to be in a reflection mode. According to the chiral detection system, three-dimensional imaging and chiral detection of a chiral sample can be carried out in thesame system at the same time, and the chiral structure and chiral strength information of the sample are obtained while the detection time is shortened and the detection cost is reduced.
