Abstract

The invention provides an information automatic carding method and system for a service guide file, and relates to the technical field of network file processing, and the method comprises the following steps: obtaining the service guide file which has item names, item fields and field contents, wherein the item fields and the field contents are in one-to-one correspondence; analyzing the affair handling guide file, and extracting item names, item fields and field contents; combining the item names with the item fields to form standard questions, and taking answers of the standard questions ascorresponding field contents; and storing the standard questions and answers in a database. The method has the advantages that the information of the item name, the item field and the field content isextracted from the obtained affair guide file through analysis, and the affair guide information is converted into the information in a question-answer form, so that the problems of omission and large workload of knowledge carding personnel in the knowledge carding process are solved; and the working efficiency of knowledge carding personnel is improved.
