Abstract

The invention discloses rapid sterilization equipment for red beans and a sterilization method thereof. The equipment comprises a sterilization box, a feeding mechanism and a vibration mechanism; the feeding mechanism is arranged at the top of the sterilization box; and the vibration mechanism is arranged inside the sterilization box. According to the invention, the feeding amount of the red beans can be controlled by utilizing the feeding mechanism so as to prevent a large amount of red beans from entering the sterilization box, prevent incomplete sterilization on the red beans and improve the sterilization efficiency; by utilizing combination of a dust removal fan and a dust baffle, separation of the red beans and tiny dust particles contained in the red beans is implemented; by utilizing the vibration mechanism, screening on the red beans is implemented and grading of the red beans is carried out; and by utilizing the effects of a first ultraviolet lamp and a second ultraviolet lamp, the red beans are subjected to the sterilization operation when being subjected to vibration screening, and sterilization is more thorough through vibration of the red beans on a first filter screen and a second filter screen, so that the sterilization efficiency is improved.
