The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a curvature change number, at least one first SINR and at least one first edge rate of a test device in a first interval; fitting the at least one first SINR and the at least one first marginal rate to determine a fitting coefficient; acquiring a first approximate SINR, a first average curvature and a first maximum curvature of the test device running in the first interval under the condition that the curvature change number and the fitting coefficient meet a first preset condition; inputting the first approximate SINR, the first average curvature and the first maximum curvature into an evaluation model trained based on an artificial neural network algorithm, and determining a first provided resource block and a first provided edge rate of a first interval; and determining a coverage condition of the first interval based on the first provided resource block and the first provided edge rate.
