Abstract

The invention discloses a spectrum detection system for single-particle aerosol detection, which comprises an aerosol single-particle trapping device for trapping aerosol particles at fixed positions in a vacuum chamber; and a laser-induced breakdown spectrometer for carrying out laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy detection analysis on the fixed aerosol particles. By utilizing the aerosol particle trapping device, a single aerosol particle can be effectively trapped at a fixed position in the vacuum chamber, so that the aerosol particle is accurately irradiated by LIBS (Laser-induced Breakdown Spectroscopy) laser, and components of the aerosol particle are detected. The device is combined with an LIBS (Laser-induced Breakdown Spectroscopy) detection device to form a complete system, so that an experiment for detecting solid aerosol particles in the atmosphere by an LIBS technology can be smoothly carried out.
