According to the oleanolic acid glucuronyl transferase disclosed by the invention, uridine diphosphate glucuronic acid can be specifically used as a glycosyl donor to catalyze a glycosylation reaction at a C-3 site of oleanolic acid, so that the oleanolic acid 3-O-beta-glucuronic acid is generated.
