The caragana microphylla mechanical fermentation type full-mixed feed is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 20 to 25 percent of caragana microphylla, 6 to 9 percent of rape seed cakes, 1 to 2 percent of premix, 5 to 7 percent of soybean meal, 30 to 32 percent of corn, 0 to 5 percent of bitter bean dregs, 0.5 to 0.7 percent of liquorice root, 0.3 to 0.5 percent of urea, 10 to 11 percent of bran and 15 to 20 percent of sudangrass. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: rubbing and crushing, high-temperature disinfection, aerobic fermentation, nutrition formulation and anaerobic fermentation.
