Abstract

The invention discloses a composition containing NMN and citrulline and a preparation method of the composition. The composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-300 parts of NMN; 1-100 parts of citrulline; 1-100 parts of arginine; 1-10 parts of biotin; and 1-10 parts of magnesium glycinate. According to the formula, the NMN is adopted as a main raw material; then, the citrulline, the arginine, the biotin and the magnesium glycinate are compounded for use; and the preparation method comprises the following steps of: drying and crushing the raw materials, sieving with a 30-80-mesh sieve to obtain uniform raw material particles, then weighing the raw materials in parts by weight, and mixing and uniformly stirring the weighed raw materials to obtain the powder composition.
