[0077] Combined with the prognosis information, the 110 patients in Example 2 were divided into a circGLS2 high expression group and a low expression group. R software (version 3.5.3) was used for survival analysis of patients. Kaplan-Meier method was used for survival curve analysis, and log-rank test was used for comparison between two groups. The results showed that the low expression of circGLS2 in the tumor tissue of liver cancer patients was closely related to the poor prognosis of the patients, and the disease-free survival time and overall survival time of patients with low expression were shorter than those with high expression (p=9.46e-3; p=2.64 e-5) (see Figure 4 ).
