Embodiment 1

[0071] A total of 13 patients who were pathologically diagnosed as HCC and underwent radical resection in Shanghai Oriental Hepatobiliary Surgery Hospital from February 2011 to September 2012 were selected as the research objects. All the enrolled patients did not receive any drug treatment, the surgical margin was 2 cm, and there was no intrahepatic or distant metastasis. Tumor tissues, paired recurrent tumor tissues and paired adjacent tissues were removed immediately after operation and stored at -80°C. Of the 13 patients, 4 relapsed within 2 years after the first curative resection, and 9 did not relapse within 5 years after the first radical resection. The mRNA, circRNA and microRNA (miRNA) expression profiles of the above 13 patients were sequenced and analyzed by multiple groups.
