N,N was purchased from Fujifilm Wako Pure Chemical Industries, Ltd. - Diisopropylethylamine (DIPEA, Hünig base, reagent special grade) and triethylamine (TEA, reagent special grade). As other pharmaceuticals used, special grade reagents were selected and purchased from Fujifilm Wako Pure Chemical Industries. Solid-phase extraction was performed using an OASIS HLB 96-well plate (30 mg, manufactured by Waters Corporation). As the HPLC column, a CADENZA CD-C18 3 μm HPLC column with an inner diameter of 2.1 mm and a length of 50 mm (manufactured by IMTAKT) was used. To prevent evaporation of the mobile phase, A-Line safety caps manufactured by Agilent were used.
