The method comprises the steps of obtaining to-be-queried data; respectively storing the to-be-queried data to a full node and a light node of a block chain system; distributing query tasks of the full node and the light node through a smart contract; and based on the query task, performing query to obtain query data. By adopting the scheme, the data are stored in the full nodes and the light nodes of the block chain system; according to the query load conditions of the full node and the light node, the intelligent contract allocates the query task to the full node or the light node, so that the query functions of the full node and the light node can be fully used, the low query efficiency caused by overlarge query pressure of the full node or the light node is avoided, and the data query efficiency is improved.
