A sampling mask is used for collecting substances exhaled from the nasal cavity of a user, and meanwhile the risk that the collected exhaled substances are contaminated by the environment or hands of an operator or other instruments used in the operation process is reduced to the minimum. The sampling mask includes: a mask body that is provided with a front side, a bottom and one or more clamping blocks, where the front side substantially conforms to the shape of an individual nose, and the clamping blocks are positioned at the bottom; the detachable cartridge that is coupled with the mask body and comprises a cartridge body, a chamber capable of containing substances exhaled by the nasal cavity of a user, a cover body located above the cavity and used for opening and closing the cavity, and a driving mechanism coupled with the mask body, the cartridge body and the cover body. One or more clamping blocks of the cover body can fix the cover body at a preset position, so that the cover body cannot be closed; the chamber is substantially positioned below the nasal cavity and is in an open state; and when the one or more clamping blocks of the cover body no longer fix the cover body at the preset position, the driving mechanism can drive the cover body to be closed so as to close the cavity, so that the detachable cartridge can be separated from the cover body to be detached.
