Abstract

Experimental results show that when the traditional Chinese medicine composition is used in a safe dosage range, hyperalgesia hypersensitivity and hyperalgesia induced by a sciatic nerve chronic compression injury model can be remarkably relieved, histopathologic changes of sciatic nerves are improved, and expression of pain related factors is regulated and controlled; the nobiletin is proved to have the functions of relieving neuropathic pain caused by chronic compression injury and promoting neurological function recovery.
