Embodiment Construction

[0049] The contents of the present invention are all based on laboratory test results, and the experimental methods in the examples, unless otherwise specified, are the reported microbiological routine operation methods. The reagents or materials used, unless otherwise specified, were obtained from commercial sources.

[0050] 1. Experimental part.

[0051] Candida auris test bacteria

[0052] The present invention collects 49 clinical isolates of Candida auris from different medical institutions or strain collection centers at home and abroad, and is used for subsequent drug susceptibility testing.

[0053] Candida auris culture

[0054] Cells were cultured in YPD medium (1% yeast extract, 2% peptone, 2% glucose). Yeast cells and aggregated cells were cultured at 37°C for 2 days. Mycelial morphological cells were first cultured in YPD medium at 30°C for 2 days, and then transferred to 25°C for 5 days.

Abstract

The invention relates to an application of myriocin and fingolimod in the aspect of inhibiting candida auricula. Compared with the prior art, the compound polymyxin and fingolimod provided by the invention can inhibit the growth of clinical strain cells of all four branches of candida auricula. According to the present invention, with the application of the polymyxin and the fingolimod, the growth of the yeast type, the aggregation type and the hypha type cells of the candida auricula can be inhibited; the myriocin inhibits the growth of candida auricula cells by inhibiting protein translation and amino acid synthesis. Fingolimod induces the candida auricula to generate cell oxidation pressure ROS and kill candida auricula cells.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of medicinal chemistry, in particular to the use of myriocin and fingolimod in inhibiting Candida auris. Background technique [0002] Candida auris is an emerging fungal pathogen. Candida auris and its infection cases were first reported in Japan in 2009. In the following 10 years, Candida auris swept across more than 40 countries on six continents. This has attracted great attention from disease prevention and control departments, scientists, clinicians and even the media in various countries. Since the first report of Candida auris in 2019, Candida auris has also been reported in various regions of China. [0003] As a "super fungus", Candida auris has posed a global threat to human health because of its difficulty in identification, high transmission, high lethality, and strong drug resistance. Drug resistance and even multidrug resistance are prominent features of C. auris, and are the main reason for the fail...
