Embodiment Construction

[0012] Hereinafter, best embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0013] 1 is a rear view showing a state of a hoist for an elevator (a gearless hoist) according to an example of an embodiment of the present invention during a manual rotation operation, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the hoist for an elevator in FIG. 1 .

[0014] In the figure, a case 1 has a case body 2 fixed to a fixing portion and a disk-shaped rear plate 3 attached to the case body 2 . In the center of the housing body 2, a main shaft 4 is fixed. On the main shaft 4 , a rotating unit 5 that rotates around the main shaft 4 is attached via a bearing 6 .

[0015] The rotating unit 5 has a cylindrical drive pulley 7 and a cylindrical brake drum 8 as a brake rotating body. The drive pulley 7 and the brake drum 8 are integrally formed on the rotating portion 5 . A plurality of main ropes 9 of the elevator are wound on the drive pulley 7 . ...

Abstract

A rotary unit having a drive sheave is rotated around a main shaft in an elevator hoisting machine. The drive sheave and a brake drum are integrated with the rotary unit. A plurality of rotary unit side engagement portions are disposed on an end of the brake drum at an intervals from each other in the circumferential direction. A manual handle to manually rotate the rotary unit has a plurality of handle side engagement portions engaged with the rotary unit side engagement portions.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a hoisting machine for an elevator which has a driving pulley around which a main rope is wound, and which uses rotation of the driving pulley to raise and lower a car suspended on the main rope. Background technique [0002] For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-351548 discloses a conventional elevator hoist. In this example, the engaging portion for engaging the rolling handle is provided at the end of the rotating shaft. When the car is to be moved during installation of the elevator or during a power failure, engage the hand rolling handle with the engaging part, release the brake device of the hoist, and manually rotate the rotating shaft using the hand rolling handle. As a result, the drive pulley of the hoist is rotated, and the car is raised and lowered. [0003] However, in recent years, due to the popularization of inverter control, hoisting machines in which speed detectors are attache...
