Said mechanism system includes a shell body, an upper machine body which can be connected with said shell body by means of turnable mode and a supporting device including a supporting shaft connected with said upper machine body and a supporting block connected with said shell body. In said supporting block there is a cavity, said supporting shaft can be passed through said supporting block via said cavity and can be up-down moved along said cavity. Said mechanism system can utilize the damping by mutual light fit between supporting shaft and said supporting block to provide a supporting force so as to make said upper machine body be fixed at any angle.
