The contrast agent is formed by bubble case of modified macromolecule polymer to pack magnetic resonance contrast agent and biological active gas, while the bubble case comprises macromolecule polymer, target antibody, surface activator; and in the couple contrast agent, as mass percentages, the macromolecule polymer is 10-30%, the carbowax is 1-10%, the surface activator is 0.01-5%, the target antibody is 5-10%, the magnetic resonance contrast agent is 0.4-1%, the biological active gas alorbatalotane is 1-5%m and the left is solvent.
