ranking and sampling deterioration trends to determine the final monitoring unit; generating standardized comparison data of spatial constraints and prohibited issues based on geographic vector data and prohibited issues in the
zoning control requirements
list; conducting compliance
verification of dynamic map patch resources based on the standardized comparison data, and identifying suspected violation problem patches through
semantic matching and
spatial relationship verification; and solidifying evidence based on the suspected violation problem patches corresponding to the prohibited issues and the comparison
data resources, and generating a problem clue report through standardized output. This establishes standard
operating procedures, achieving the organic integration of business flow, data flow, and rule flow, and is applied to ecological and environmental
zoning control operations, realizing the process-oriented, standardized, and efficient discovery of problem clues, and improving the consistency and
reusability of regulatory results.
