electrolytic cell according to the magnitude of a

voltage noise deviation value N deviation, and further adopts a corresponding regulation and control means for the
electrolytic cell, so that regulation and control can be carried out before the
electrolytic cell fluctuates, the electrolytic
cell is prevented from generating relatively large fluctuation, and the service life of the electrolytic
cell is prolonged. The stable operation of the electrolytic bath is influenced; according to the method, the
cell temperature, the
electrolyte level, the aluminum level and the aluminum
oxide blanking over-under ratio of the electrolytic cell are used as the judgment basis for judging whether the electrolytic cell is in the cold
stroke or the hot
stroke, the operation condition of the electrolytic cell can be comprehensively judged, and compared with judgment through a
single parameter, the judgment result is more objective, reasonable and accurate; according to the method, the working
voltage, the
aluminum fluoride blanking condition and the aluminum
discharge task load are taken as regulation objects instead of singly regulating the working voltage, so that the operation economy of the electrolytic cell can be improved on the premise of ensuring that the electrolytic cell is quickly regulated to a stable operation state.
