montmorillonite, and the
gas phase corrosion inhibitor comprises the following
mass percentage contents: 60-70% of amino acids and 30-40% of modified
montmorillonite, the amino acids are
alanine, and the modified
montmorillonite is organic montmorillonite or
carbon dot montmorillonite; the method specifically comprises the following steps: configuring
alanine into an
alanine aqueous solution, mixing the alanine
aqueous solution with organic montmorillonite or
carbon dot montmorillonite, heating and stirring, suction
filtration and
drying, so as to obtain the gas phase
corrosion inhibitor. Compared with the prior art, the
amino acid type gas phase
corrosion inhibitor is compounded with montmorillonite by utilizing the characteristics of the montmorillonite, such as rich pores, large specific surface area and fine
granularity, so that the volatilization capacity and corrosion inhibition performance of the
amino acid type gas phase
corrosion inhibitor are improved.
