rolling mill and a crimping
machine and comprises a
polishing groove body, a grading
polishing roller set arranged above the groove body, a
tension control system and a constant tension crimping mechanism. Special weak acid polishing liquid is supplied to the polishing area through the spraying
system, mechanical-chemical collaborative polishing is achieved under the spraying
wetting condition, and the problems caused by roller body immersion are avoided. The tension
system performs hierarchical closed-
loop control according to plate thickness, and the crimping mechanism is linked to keep tension constant. The process comprises online collaborative polishing and optional electrolytic polishing.
Polishing and
