The preparation method includes the steps that first, the zirconium phosphate powder and a poly sulfhydryl compound are dispersed in organic solvent; then silver nitrate is added to be stirred for 12-24 hours, the organic solvent is removed through the spray drying process, the obtained powder is placed in the environment of 800-1200 DEG C to be calcined for 1-6 hours, and accordingly silver-loaded zirconium phosphate nano-powder is obtained; second, the silver-loaded zirconium phosphate nano-powder and polyamide resin are pelleted through a double-screw pelletizer, so that a polyamide master batch with the antibacterial function is obtained; third, the polyamide master batch with the antibacterial function and the polyamide resin are subjected to melt spinning, and thus the antibacterial polyamide fiber based on the silver-loaded zirconium phosphate is prepared.
