Example Embodiment

[0038] The facial expression driving device of the present invention is used to actuate facial features (such as eyebrows, eyes, mouth, etc.) on a face to present various facial expressions. Please refer to FIG. 1, which is a schematic diagram of a human-like face 1. As shown in FIG. 1, the human-shaped face 1 has eyebrows (Eyebrow) 10a, 10b, eyes (Eye) 20a, 20b, a mouth (Mouth) 30, and an epidermis 40 on it. In order to achieve the above-mentioned scope of the present invention, the adopted technical means and other effects are illustrated by several preferred specific embodiments as follows:

[0039] The first preferred embodiment:

[0040] The first preferred embodiment illustrates the functional principle of the facial expression driving device of the present invention for actuating the eyebrows 10a, 10b on the human-shaped face 1. Since the principle of the actuation of the eyebrows 10a and 10b is the same, the following takes the actuation of the eyebrows 10a as an example. ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a facial expression driving device, which contains a first elastic component, which is used for driving the first facial part. The first elastic component has a first end and a second end. The first end and the second end of the first elastic component are both can be relatively fixed on the face in movable mode. A first actuator, which is used for rotating the first end of the first elastic component, can cause the first elastic component produce deformation to drive the first facial part. When the actuator drives the first end of the first elastic component to rotate, the elastic component can bend, and furthermore the face can show up various facial expressions. Based on different application, the elastic component of the invention can dress eyebrow, eyes, mouth and so on, and furthermore can match with the elastic epidermis to show up more vivid facial expressions. The invention not only has simple design, but also reduces the cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a facial expression driving device, in particular to a facial expression driving device capable of presenting various facial expressions on one face. Background technique [0002] With the development and progress of science and technology, the application of human-like electronic devices is becoming more and more popular. The ensuing problem is how to realistically present various facial expressions, such as smiling, frowning and so on. In the prior art, several mechanism designs for imitating facial expressions have been proposed, such as US Patent Publication No. 6,352,464, US Patent Publication No. 20040249510, and Japanese Patent Publication No. 2003230770. The above-mentioned existing technologies all use complex mechanism designs to achieve the purpose of imitating facial expressions, and the manufacturing and assembling are not only time-consuming, but also costly. In addition, regarding US Patent Publication No. 6,35...
