Abstract

The preparation method of the melanin extraction comprises the following steps: 1) the burmann cinnamon bark is immersed and extracted by using alkaline solution to be removed of the burmann cinnamon bark and to obtain leaching fluid; 2) the leaching fluid is acidized, leading the melanin to be precipitated, separated and dried, and then the melanin coarse extraction is made; 3) the melanin coarse extraction is put into hydrochloric acid to be hydrolyzed and separated to get the melanin; 4) the obtained melanin is dissolved in alkali solution so as to get the melanin solution which is then extracted by using petroleum ether and chloroform in sequence; 5) the extracted solution is acidified to be separate to get the melanin precipitate, which is then washed in clean water and dried to get the melanin product.
