The preparation method comprises adding concentrated sulfuric acid into o-sulfhydrylbenzoic acid solution to be reacted, mixing, adding fenol to extract, mixing, increasing temperature to 75-80 DEG C when the reaction solution is orange-red turbid solution, reducing temperature T under 45 DEG C after complete reaction, washing and filtering the reaction solution, drying to obtain 2-hydroxy thioxanthone dry product, adding 2-hydroxy thioxanthone dry product and sodium-hydroxide into tetrahydrofuran solution, increasing temperature to refluxing state, mixing and reacting to obtain red suspending liquid, adding halogenated sulfonate into the red suspension liquid, adding phase transfer catalyst, refluxing, mixing and reacting completely, quenching the reaction liquid into solvent, drying and filtering to obtain final product.
