The invention relates to a
power module of a
direct current electromagnetic brake, which mainly solves the technical problems that
electric energy and raw materials are wasted and the motor failure is easy to appear, wherein, the technical problems exist when the direct-current
electromagnetic brake adopts a single working
voltage. The
power module comprises a main return circuit and a control return circuit. A
motor power is connected with a bridge
rectifier circuit, and magnetic coils are connected to a
direct current output end. A controllable
silicon D2 control pole and a negative output end of the bridge
rectifier circuit are connected with a
relay normal
open contact and a resistance R1 in parallel, wherein, the
relay normal
open contact is connected with the resistance R1 in series.
Relay coils, a
resistor R3, a
resistor R4, a
resistor R5, a resistor R6 and a
diode D5 are connected in series one by one. A
cathode of the
relay coils is connected with an
alternating current input end of the bridge
rectifier circuit, and an
anode of the
diode D5 is connected with a positive output end of the bridge rectifier circuit. A
capacitor C3 is connected between the
cathode of the relay coils and the output end of the resistor R4 in parallel; a
capacitor C2 and a resistor R7 are connected between the
cathode of the relay coils and the output end of the resistor R4 in series; diodes D6, D7 and D8 are connected between the cathode of the relay coils and the output end of the resistor R4 in series. An extension line at the middle of the
capacitor C2 and the resistor R7 is connected with a regulation tube D11, and then the extension line is connected with a basal pole of a dynatron. A collecting
electrode is connected with the output end of the resistor R3, and an emitting
electrode is connected with the cathode of the relay.
