The invention provides an oxytetracycline SERS detection method based on nanomaterial self-assembly. The oxytetracycline SERS detection method is used for detecting content of oxytetracycline (OTC) in aquatic products such as fish meal. According to the OTC SERS detection method, gold nanoparticles (80 nm particle size) are connected with gold nanoparticles (15 nm particle size) through a base sequence containing OTC aptamers, and 4-mercaptobenzoic acid is incubated on the surfaces of the gold nanoparticles, thereby generating Raman signals. When the OTC is in contact with a detection system, the OTC aptamers are in specific binding with the OTC, thus the distance between the 80nm gold nanoparticles and the 15nm gold nanoparticles is reduced, the hotspot is enhanced, and the Raman signals are enhanced, thereby achieving the detection purpose. The detection system can detect the oxytetracycline quantitatively, the linearity range is from 0.046 to 460 fg / mL, and the detection limit is 0.004 fg / mL. Surface enhanced raman spectroscopy using shaped gold nanoparticles

Surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) spectra of 4-mercaptobenzoic acid (4-MBA) self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) on gold substrates is presented for SAMs onto which gold nanoparticles of various shapes have been electrostatically immobilized. SERS spectra of 4-MBA SAMs are enhanced in the presence of immobilized gold nanocrystals by a factor of 107-109 relative to 4-MBA in solution. Large enhancement factors are a likely result of plasmon coupling between the nanoparticles (localized surface plasmon) and the smooth gold substrate (surface plasmon polariton), creating large localized electromagnetic fields at their interface, where 4-MBA molecules reside in this sandwich architecture. Moreover, enhancement factors depend on nanoparticle shape, and vary by a factor of 102.

The invention relates to a preparation method of a heat conducing glue film with a high heat radiation performance, and belongs to the technical field of heat conducing glue film preparation. The preparation method comprises the following steps: at first, mixing ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and an antioxidant, heating the mixture, carrying out film casting, allowing the film to stand still for a while to cool the film; stretching the film, then allowing the film to stand still for a while to cool the film to obtain an ethylene-vinyl acetate microporous film, saving the ethylene-vinyl acetate microporous film for later use; then mixing acrylamide and 2-mercapto benzoic acid, heating, filtering, washing and drying the filter residues to obtain composite microgel, then mixing microgel with anhydrous ethanol, carrying out ultrasonic vibration and separation, mixing with deionized water, dropwise adding a silver nitrate solution, carrying out water bath heating, dropwise adding an ammonia liquor solution, allowing the mixed solution to stand still to carry out aging to obtain silver ion composite gel; finally soaking the ethylene-vinyl acetate microporous film in the silver ion composite gel, carrying out ultrasonic vibration, allowing the system to stand still, drying, performing hot pressing, finally allowing the system to stand still, and cooling. The prepared heat conducing glue film has a good heat radiation performance, the heat radiation performance is improved by 15 to 17%, and the heat conductivity can reach 2.55 to 2.65 W / M.K.

The invention relates to a preparation method of a benzoic acid functionally-modified non-stoichiometric molybdenum oxide nanocrystal. The non-stoichiometric molybdenum oxide nanocrystal with a near-infrared photothermal conversion effect is prepared by introducing p-mercaptobenzoic acid to the surface of a molybdenum trioxide nanoparticle. The invention has the advantages that (1) the prepared functionally-modified non-stoichiometric molybdenum oxide nanocrystal has excellent photothermal conversion performance, and surface active group is provided for the nanoparticle through functionalizedmodification; and (2) the prepared non-stoichiometric molybdenum oxide nanoparticle has excellent photothermal conversion performance and good dispersibility and stability, and can also be used for photothermal sensing detection and photothermal therapy (PTT) of different models of different target objects.

The invention discloses an optical lens composite resin material with high refractive index and high light transmittance. The optical lens composite resin material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60-84 parts of matrix resin, 1-4 parts of a UV absorbent and 0.05-0.2 parts of an antioxidant, wherein the matrix resin is prepared according to the following steps: (1) preparing p-mercaptobenzoic acid surface modified nano zinc sulfide; (2) preparing hydroxyl-terminated polystyrene; and (3) dissolving the hydroxyl-terminated polystyrene synthesized in the step (2) in a tetrahydrofuran solvent, then adding p-mercaptobenzoic acid surface modified nano zinc sulfide, performing reacting for 3-5 hours under a stirring condition, and then hydrolyzing and drying to obtain the matrix resin. According to the invention, polystyrene is subjected to hydroxylation modification, a polystyrene system is endowed with reactive active hydroxyl groups, and terminal hydroxyl groups and carboxyl groups on the surface of the nano zinc sulfide can be subjected to polycondensation, so that the dispersity of the nano zinc sulfide in the polystyrene system is greatly improved, the resin material has higher refractive index, and the high transparency of the resin is ensured.
