The invention provides a process and a device for co-production of synthesis gas and green organic products by non-grain
biomass fermentation through
dry powder feed gasification, non-grain
biomass is subjected to pretreatment and enzymolysis to obtain a
sugar solution and residues, the
sugar solution is fermented to prepare a
fermentation product, the residues are dried to obtain
powder, the
powder is gasified by
pure oxygen or
oxygen-enriched gas after entering a gasification furnace to obtain crude synthesis gas, and the crude synthesis gas is fed into the gasification furnace to be gasified by the
pure oxygen or
oxygen-enriched gas to obtain the green organic products. The purified product can be used as a product or can be further prepared into a green
organic product; the residues are adopted as raw materials and are conveyed into a gasification furnace only through a
powder conveying device after being dried,
power consumption and
heat energy consumption such as briquetting or
granulation,
carbonization and
grinding of traditional
biomass gasification are omitted, the technical
route is relatively low in comprehensive
energy consumption, the powder obtained after the residues are dried is uniform and stable in particle size and low in
water content, and the
energy consumption is low. The process cost and the equipment
investment cost are low; and green organic products or synthesis gas products with relatively high
additional values can be obtained while green
cellulosic ethanol and other fermented products are obtained.
