Abstract

A method, a device and a system are used to establish an S1 signaling connection in an evolution network in the mobile communication field, wherein a source evolution base station eNodeB sends a switching request message carrying the S1 signaling connection parameter information of an original eNodeB to an object eNodeB, thereby initiating the switching process from a use equipment (UE) to the object eNodeB; when the UE enters an object cell, the object eNodeB allocates the S1 signaling connection parameter of a new eNodeB, and sends a switching finishing message which carries the S1 signaling connection parameters of both the original eNodeB and the new eNodeB to an evolutional grouping core EPC; the EPC which stores the S1 signaling connection parameters of the new eNodeB realizes the establishment of S1 signaling connection between the EPC and the object eNodeB. The embodiment of the method, the device and the system effectively solves the problem of the prior art that S1 signaling connection can not be established between an object eNodeB and an EPC after the switching of a UE.
